Actually the Answer Would Be D, Considering that Voting is actually a civic responsibility you're not required to vote but it would be a good and moral choice for you to vote because your choice makes an impact unlike the others A and B have nothing to do with a civic virtue considering that Both A and B don't involve just any citizen.

C would most likely be the answer if it wasn't for the answer D but since We have answer D that would be the better example instead of C because basically charity events and stuff to benefit our community the money and stuff just goes back to 99% of the companies who run those charity even'ts and the 1% would be going to the government and very little charity event's actually are helping what they advertise and so on.

Voting is a moral decision it's not required but your choice will and does affect the community
