Use the diagram to find the solution to 4+(-7)

Well, 4 + (-7) equals -3 because the negative sign in the parenthesis will cancel out the positive next to it, and 4 - 7 = -3 but what do you mean by a diagram?

The answer is -3.
4 + (-7) = 4-7 = -3
