We are told to expand and do the further simplification of this expression equation. To do this we have to apply the FOIL method for a easier processing, distributive law is the second method for it. By FOIL method:

\boxed{\mathbf{FOIL \: Rule: \: (a + b) (c + d) = ac + ad + bc + bd}}

The variables for the original equation expression as per FOIL method is represented as; a = 2x, b = - 3, c = 3x and d = - 5. Just follow the rules of FOIL and complete the expansion, for further simplification.

\mathbf{2x * 3x + 2x (- 5) + (- 3) * 3x + (- 3) (- 5)}

\mathbf{\therefore \quad 2 * 3xx - 2 * 5x - 3 * 3x + 3 * 5}

Now just simplify them, by multiplying variables with values and variables themselves including numbered values multiplied by numbered values. Therefore:

\mathbf{6xx - 10x - 9x + 15}

\boxed{\mathbf{\underline{Final \: \: Answer: 6x^2 - 19x + 15}}}

Hope it helps.
