Total marks in the test= 80

The fraction of the marks he got correct= the marks obtained by Colin/total marks

The fraction of the marks he got correct= 16/80

The fraction of the marks he got correct= 1/5

Therefore, the fraction of the marks Colin got correct is 1/5.
