y=mx+b is the equation used to solve.
y>x+3 So start on b which in this case is 3, meaning plot the first point on 3. Then you move with x by using rise over run. also shown as rise/run. This means you would rise on the Y-axis using the value before x (also known as m) because there isn't one in this inequality that means we would go up one. Then you run to the right 1 because below the x is a 1. Because this is a greater then sigh you would shade above the line with a dotted line because it isn't equal to. Now try to do the next one on your own and tell me how you do.
