Answer-

-70\%<-(2)/(5)<0.96\%<0.34

Solution-

The given data as follows,

-70\%,\ 0.34,\ -(2)/(5),\ 0.96\%

After converting all the percentages and fractions to decimal, we can compare them all.

For converting percentages to decimal to divide the number by 100, so

-70\%=(-70)/(100)=-0.70,\\\\0.96\%=(0.96)/(100) =0.0096

Then converting the fraction into decimal,

-(2)/(5)=-(2* 20)/(5* 20)=-(40)/(100)=-0.40

As, all the numbers are converted into decimal, now comparing all the numbers,

-0.70<-0.40<0.0096<0.34

-70\%<-(2)/(5)<0.96\%<0.34
