Yes photosynthesis has fermentation and this usually happens when there i is insufficient oxygen that cannot support the cellular respiration reaction. In the absence of enough oxygen, our cells are become unable to carryout the respiration.

Thus, these cells start respiring through the mechanism of fermentation, which is an alternative method of producing energy. In the process of this alternative pathway of energy production, these cells disintegrate the sugar molecule to release energy. Also products like CO2 and lactic acid/ethanol are produced along with energy. Fermentation gets enable only in the absence of oxygen and these situations usually arises when the body is extremely tired due to heavy exercise or work.
