The right answer is D, because all these heroes tried to prove that they are able to protect people who they loved or show that they can achieve their goals by all means. Perseus wanted to protect his mother from marriage, but King Polydectes betrayed him. Anyway the king was killed by Perseus , he was punished. Atlanta proved that she was better than a son whom her father expected so much. Greek heroes were not perfect , they strived to o be perfect by means of completing almost Impossible tasks, with help of Gods and friends , that sometimes appeared unexpectedly. Usually heroes didn't want to win others' approval, they had their own mission and had evolution of their characters during the whole story. Sometimes anti heroes such as Gorgon had their own sad story and explanation why she became a monster. And we can't tell that everyone who judges other unfairly are proved to be fools themselves. The monsters and kings are sly, clever, but cruel and ignorant. But they are always harshly punished and ¨Good¨ wins the battle. Perseus symbolizes a man who himself makes his way to happiness and well-being. Having sailed in a wooden box to the shore of an unfamiliar and not at all friendly kingdom, he himself later becomes king. The myth of Perseus shows that, despite all the obstacles and difficulties that arise in your way, you should not take a step back, on the contrary, you need to face the dangers and overcome them. We see that in spite of everything, Perseus is not alone, the messengers of Olympus come to his aid, who do not leave him at a difficult moment. This shows that there are always people who can support, it would seem, even in the most difficult moment and sometimes they are the ones from whom you least expected it.
