1. 1st transformation is translation the parent function
y=4^x 5 units to the left. After this transformation the function becomes
y=4^(x+5).

2. The second transformation is translation 2 units down. After this transformation the function becomes
y=4^(x+5)-2.

Answer: correct choice is B.
