I think it'd be (remain at a constant velocity, stay at rest and stop moving)
Since, if two balanced forces are on an object, it could either not move at all, for example; a book on a table is being held up by the table, and gravity is pulling down on the book, so the force is balanced. And the book doesn't move. And if it was to move, it'd move at a constant velocity because with 2 balanced forces, it can't decelerate or accelerate without becoming unbalanced if the other force doesn't accelerate/decelerate as well.
So I know 100% remain at a constant velocity is a good answer
