[2/3^0]^-3

Calculate inside the brackets first. Anything raised to 0 is 1

so 2/3^0 = 1

Now you have 1^-3

Since the exponent is a negative ( -3)

use the negative exponent rule b^-n = 1/b^n

1^-3 becomes 1/1^3

one to any power equals 1, so you have 1/1, which equals 1.

The answer is 1
