John starts on the ground floor of a building. He runs up five flights of stairs, then runs up 6 flights of stairs, then runs down 8 flights of stairs, then runs up four flights of stairs, and then stops. Each story of the building is 11 feet high. How many feet above the ground is John when he stops?
