How can the passes-faire doctrine be described

"Laissez-faire" can be translated as an attitude of letting things be. As an Economic Doctrine it means the abstention by the government from interfering with the free market. This is also known as the "laissez-faire capitalism", which is completely oppossed to economic regulations.
