Answer: 0.6

Explanation:

The given expression :
√(0.36)

This can be written as :

\sqrt{(36)/(100)}

According to the Quotient property of radicals:

\sqrt[n]{(a)/(b)}=\frac{\sqrt[n]{a}}{\sqrt[n]{b}}

=(√(36))/(√(100))

Here 36 and 100 both are square numbers ∵
36=6^2 and
100=10^2 , then our expression becomes

=(√(6^2))/(√(10^2))

Also, property of radicals says :
\sqrt[n]{a^n}=a

Then,
=(√(6^2))/(√(10^2))=(6)/(10)=0.6

Hence , the correct answer is 0.6 .
