It would be choice D. Since it starts at -4, this would be the b part of the slope-intercept equation. You can then see that it goes up 1, over 2 continuously. This would be the m part of the slope-intercept equation. Finally, it would be a positive 1/2 since it it going to the right.

Answer:

D or y = 1/2x - 4

Explanation:

The slope-intercept form of a line is y = mx + b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept. In this case, the line is clearly increasing in value, so it has a positive slope or m. This rules out B and C as options. The y-intercept, or where the line intersects with the y-axis is at -4 for this. So, b = -4. If we want to write it out as an equation : y = mx - 4 where m has to be positive. The only option is D which is our answer. Hope I could help! :)
