a straight line in an angle is a supplementary angle which is equal to 180 degrees. Since 128 is given, you subtract the two numbers so your answer will be 52 degrees

because the line is flat it is 180° but since you already have one angle, 128°, you would just simply have to subtract 128 from 180 to get 52°. Your answer is 52°.
