15.71

Explanation:

Length AB = sqrt ( (3-3)^2 + (2- - 1)^2) = sqrt9 = 3

Length BC = sqrt ( (-3-3)^2 + ( -1-2)^2) = sqrt 45

Lemgth CA = sqrt( 6^2) + (-1 - -1)^2 = sqrt 36 = 6

Perimeter = 3 + 6 + sqrt45

= 15.71
