What is the volume of a cylinder with a height of 3 feet and a radius of 4
feet.

3.14•4•4=50
50•3=150 ft

Hi there!

Here is the formula to find the volume of a cylinder :

V =
\pi × r² × h

Where :

V = volume

r = radius

h = height


Now that you have your formula, replace the information you know in the formula and solve the equation :

V =
\pi × 4² × 3

V =
\pi × 48

V = 150.796447

V ≅ 150,8 feet
