Alexis has two cats, Sister and Sushi. If she takes 3 fewer than 5 times Sister’s age and doubles this number, the result is 1 more than 3 times Sushi’s age. If she doubles Sister’s age, the result is 1 fewer than Sushi’s age. How old is each cat?  Sister and Sushi take a summer job catching mice at a factory. Sushi has been working at the factory longer, so her hourly pay is 30% more than Sister’s. If the two cats together earned $527.85 last week for the 27 hours that each worked, what is the hourly pay that each cat earns?
