PLZ HELP! Need this bad! Thx so much!

Write the product as a power: (a–b) (a–b)

Please show your work so I can use it for further questions! Thx again :)

The answer is (a - b)² because squaring is simply a number times another number. In this case, you have (a - b) multiplied by each other, so you can just put it together, and make it (a - b)².

Hey there!!

General formula:

  • (a-b)² = a²-2ab+b²

We have:

... (a-b)(a-b)

This could be written as (a-b)²

Hence, the answer is :

... (a-b)² or a²-2ab+b²
