Guys I'm 14 and I suck at explaining so just bear with me:

A thought just poped in my mind while I was watching a timer. Is time even measured correctly? How does 0 seconds suddenly appear as 1? There are infinite numbers that it takes to go to one, like 0.4 to 0.878230640236408103147 and so on. Shouldn't that take longer? 0 should never reach 1 am I right? My brain is just going all over the place plz help me

Well there are different units. Like seconds, milliseconds, etc. 0 will reach 1 too, but I don't know how to explain

Well I think I can see what you're getting at here, and there are many fractions of a second which time goes by in, but think about it in a different perspective. Days are divided into hours, hours into minutes, minutes into seconds, so it doesn't really appear, just milliseconds and anything smaller than those go by really quickly.
