27.8 percent I believe is your answer
Explanation
Simplify 15,000 to 15 and 5,400 to 5.4
15 divided by 5.4 will tell u the percentage as u would with fractions
You get 2.77777777778 round if you feel like u need to
But since I simplified I have to move the decimal
So I get 27.8 percent if u round you’d have to round up because 8 is larger than5
So to get rid of the decimal you’d get 28 percent
