How can you interpret 2r2 as a fraction

I'm assuming you mean 2 with remainder 2.

In which case, It depends on the divisor, or the number you are dividing.

So as a fraction this would be converted to
2(2)/(x) , where x is whatever divisor.

So a possible example:

8÷3 = 2R2 or
2(2)/(3)
