The judicial branch of the United States of America are made up by Courts and judges. Is divided in three levels which are district courts, court of appeals and the supreme court.
The powers of de Judicial branch are:
1. Power of establishing other courts to the Congress.
2. Jurisdiction: the power given to courts to interpret the law.
3. Power of setting precedents. That are taking into account for future cases.
