Answer: c. No, the sum of the percentages is not 100 percent.

Explanation:

One of the property of probability distribution says that the sum of all probabilities is equal to 1.

i.e. the sum of all the percent assigned to each variable is equal to 100%.

From, the given table , Sum of all percentages will be:-

35+65+56+48+8+27+9=248

Since 248% > 100%

Therefore, this table does not describe a relative frequency distribution.
