Answer: The union of the sets M and N is: M U N={1,5,7,10,11,15}

Solution:

M={1,7,10,11,15}

N={5,15}

The union of two sets are the sum of the elements of the two sets, taking the repeated elements only once. In this case the only repated element is 15, then we take 15 only once, then the union of the sets M and N is:

M U N = {1,5,7,10,11,15}
