This line all by itself limits you to a and b. That's because both answers A and B begin with t11 + v11= 3.3. You just add them as you see them. t12 + v12 = - 1.9 - 8.6 = -10.5

I'll finish off the addition, but you can see that A is right already.

t21 + v21 = 2.5 + 2.8 = 5.3; t22 + v22 = 8.2 - 1.4 = 6.8
