Answer: (-3, -1)

Explanation:

2x - 5y = -1 ⇒ -3(2x - 5y = -1) ⇒ -6x + 15y = 3

3x + 4y = -13 ⇒ 2(3x + 4y = -13) ⇒ 6x + 8y = -26

23y = -23


(23y)/(23) = (-23)/(23)

y = -1

2x - 5y = -1

2x - 5(-1) = -1

2x + 5 = -1

-5 -5

2x = -6


(2x)/(2) =
(-6)/(2)

x = -3

x = -3, y = -1
