3/4 of a cup from what you wrote. As you don't say that she needs milk for mac and cheese.

Answer:
T=(3)/(4)x+1(1)/(3)y

Explanation:

The amount of milk Irena required for soup=
(3)/(4) cups

The amount of milk required for mac n cheese =
1(1)/(3) cups

Let x = Number of tomato soups she made.

y= Number of mac n cheese she made.

Now , the amount of milk she needs to make the soup and mac and cheese =

( amount of milk required for soup) x + (amount og milk required for mac n cheese) y

The amount of milk she needs to make the soup and mac and cheese (T)=
(3)/(4)x+1(1)/(3)y

Hence , the equation can be used tofind how much milk she needs to make the soup and mac and cheese will be :

T=(3)/(4)x+1(1)/(3)y
