This is asking for the slope of an equation (m).
m = rise/run
Plane A: 6500/12500
Simple form: 13/25.
Plane B: 7400/15000
37/75 = (12 + 1/3)/25
Plane A roses more steeply since the rise is greater than that of plan B’s
