–4(x + 3) ≤ –2 – 2x

distribute

-4x -12 <= -2 -2x

add 4x to each side

-12 <= -2 +2x

add 2 to each side

-10 <= 2x

divide by 2

-5<= x

The pictures are small but I believe its Choice A
