In synthetic division, first row represents the coefficients of dividend. From the given table, dividend is f(x)=
2x^(2)-5x+3 and since f(x) is divided by x+3, divisor is -3.

First two numbers of last row represents coefficients of quotient and last most number of third row is remainder.
