If 0.36 x 4=1.4, how would your product be different were 0.36 and 0.4?

So, if you're saying what would happen if the 4 was replaced with a 0.4, an easier way to do it would just be to do 35x4=144 then, you would add the decimal. Since there is two spaces in 0.36, and 1 space in 0.4, you add 3 spaces to 144 144 divided by 1000= 0.144.
