#1) Set them up as y=mx+b

2x+y=4 -subtract 2x on both sides

NEW: y= -2x+4

3x+2y=1 -subtract 3x on both sides of equation

New: 2y= -3x+1 -Divide 2 on both sides (to get Y by itself)

NEW: y= -3/2x + 1/2

Set both Y equation equal to each other

-3/2x+1/2 = -2x+4

solve for x

you should then get x = 7

plug in x=7 into one of the equations to get y
