Slope can be defined as y2-y1/x2-x1. Lets say 2 is y2 , 13 is x2, -16 is y1, and -14 is x1 (The order you do it doesn't really matter, as long as y2-y1 is on the top and x2-x1. With one you might have to do extra simplifying). 2 - -16 (or 2 + 16 because double negative) is 18. 13 - -14 (again, or 13 + 14 because double negative) is 27. 18/27 can be simplified by dividing both by 9, which gives 2/3.
