C. put the baby up for adoption
A miscarriage is when the offspring dies before the 20th week of pregnancy. A stillbirth is the death of the child within the 20th week and the time of birth. An abortion, also known as an induced miscarriage, can only be performed by the 28th week of pregnancy. Since the child has already been born, it cannot be terminated anymore. The only ethical option is to put them up for adoption to be raised in foster care.
