Answer:

Confucianism.

Step-by-step explanation:

Emperor Wu of Han (157 BC - 87 BC), posthumously known as Wudi, ruled China as part of the Han dynasty betwen 141 BC and 87 BC. Emperor Wu was notorious not only for his lengthy rule, but also because during his reign China had a strong central state that supported a vast territorial expansion to its west, east and south. In order to rule his vast empire, Wu of Han created a bureaucracy to manage the affairs of the state. The bureaucratic system was based upon Confucianism. He even created a school, based on Confucian principles, to train his bureaucrats who would run the state. Because of the massive territorial expansion and his advanced public administration, Emperor Wudi is highly regarded as one of China's greatest emperors.
