If brown eyes are dominant over blue eyes, how can two brown-eyed parents have a blue-eyed child?

Lets say B is for brown eyes and BL is for blue.

The parents chromosomes could look like this Bbl and Bbl. This would make a small chance of having a blue-eyed child.

Have a great day!
