g(x)=(x-3)^(2) +2 has the same shape as the parabola
g(x)=x^(2) but with vertex shifted to (3, 2).

The vertex of the parabola
(y-k)^(2) =4a(x-h) is (h, k).

Equation of the given graph is
g(x) = (x-3)^(2) +2

Subtract 2 from both sides.

g(x)-2=(x-3)^(2)

Hence, its vertex is at (3, 2).

Please find the attached graph.
