The golden farm cheese, which would be . 29 per ounce,

All you'd have to do it divide it by its ounces so 459/ 16

Kraft cheese came out as 36 per ounce being more expensive

The answer would be B: The Golden Farm cheese unit price = $0.29 per ounce. I say this because, if you want to see the cost per ounce of each cheese, simply divide the total price by the total ounces. For example Golden Farm Cheese. $4.59 divided by 16, equals out to be 0.285. If you round it up, you get 0.29. Now, if you do $2.89 divided by 8, it is 0.36. Remember, in the question it says find the more ECONOMICAL purchase and the unit cost. When it says economical, it basically means find the lowest priced cheese that will save me money. Therefore, The Golden Farm Cheese is the lowest price and is $.29 per ounce, leaving the answer to be B.

Hope I helped someone!
