D) Oppositely charged objects form in induction but not in conduction.

Induction: is the method of charging an object by bringing a charged object close to it without touching whereas Conduction: is the method of charging an object by touching it with a charged body. The charged body losses the charge and become neutral. The uncharged body gains the charge and become charged.
