Process of Sepiermidis cell use to reproduce
Staphylococcus epidermidis is a gram positive bacterium which produces asexually by binary fission process. It produces white, elevated, adhesive colonies which has size about 1-2 millimeter in diameter subsequent overnight incubation. It does not destroy the red blood cells(RBC’s) on blood agar. It can reproduce by aerobic respiration or can also reproduce by fermentation because it is a catalase positive coagulase negative facultative anaerobe.
