50 POINTS! I'm completely lost. How do you find the approximation of this?

Multiply the numerator and denominator by the conjugate
5/61 (square root sign) 61
= (Decimal: 0.640184)

Hopefully this is what you mean...

\\ \sf\longmapsto (5.0)/(√(61))

\\ \sf\longmapsto (5.0)/(7.3)

\\ \sf\longmapsto 0.6849

\\ \sf\longmapsto 0.685

\\ \sf\longmapsto 0.68

\\ \sf\longmapsto 0.7
