Answer:

0.02 T > 1 kg > 2 lb > 891 g.

Explanation:

We have given different quantities as: 2 pounds, 891 gram, 1 kilogram, 0.02 Tonnes.

We need to write the given quantities in order from greatest to least.

We know that,

1 pound(lb) = 0.4536 kilogram.

1 gram = 0.001 kilogram.

1 tonne = 1000 kilogram.

We have given different units of different quantities. We can convert the different units of different quantities in a particular unit, say Kilograms(kg). So, we can find the different results by converting the quantities.

2 pounds = 2*0.4536 kilograms = 0.907 kg.

891 gram = 891*0.001 kilograms = 0.891 kg.

0.02 tonne = 0.02*1000 kilograms = 20 kg.

Therefore, the order from greatest to least can be written as: 20 kg > 1 kg > 0.907 kg > 0.891kg.

Substituting the original units given in problem, the order can be written as:

0.02 T > 1 kg > 2 lb > 891 g.

To arrange in descending order or greatest to least, we will first convert all the values in same unit.

Lets convert all the values in kg

1 lb = 0.45 kg

2 lb =
2*0.45=0.9 kg

1 g = 0.001 kg

891 g =
891*0.001=0.891 kg

1 T = 907.185 kg

0.02 T =
0.02*907.185=18.14 kg

Hence all values in kg becomes = 0.90 kg , 0.891 kg , 1 kg , 18.14 kg

So in descending order the values become

0.02T, 1 kg, 2 lb, 891 g
