First we factor out 3a and -4. 3a(2a-5)-4(2a-5) =Now we take out (2a-5) our what’s left in brackets.(2a-5)(3a-4)

Here is your answer:
6a²-15a-8a+20
= 3a(2a-5) -4(2a-5)
= (3a-4)(2a-5)
