y=1/7 x-13/7

Explanation:

Well first you can create a graph and plot the points. Then you draw a line to connect the two points. You should then be able to find your slope and using the slope the y-intercept, thus giving you your equation. Although you cannot do that with this particular equation, i find it helps.
