Explanation:

If we prove that < 3 and < 8 are supplementary then m is a parallel to n.

m < 1 = m < 3 and m 6 = m < 8

therefore ans < 1 and < 6 are supplementary so are <3 and < 8.

Because we know that 1 + 6 = 180, we can also deduce that angle 3 and 8 are supplementary (vertical angles are congruent).

If two lines are parallel, then same side angles are supplementary, proving that line m and n are parallel.
