Alright, so to find the slope of a line from a graph, we would use the formula m = Rise/Run.
So, in order to do this, we would just take two points on the graph and see how many units we have to go up which will be our Rise and then how many units we have to go across which will be our run.
So, for example, let’s the the coordinates(-6,1) and (-4,2)
So, we will start at (-6,1) and we need to get to (-4,2).
To do this. We are going to go up 1 unit which is our Rise and then, we are going to go over to the right 2 units which is our run.
So, the slope of this line is M = 1/2.
