In order to display age, we always use the verb tener- "To have". So, first we need to congigate the verb. My brother is a third person term, equal to el or ella. The El/Ella/Ud. form of tener is tiene. Following, you need to add the subject to the front, and the number of years to the back.

So, in this case:

Mi hermano tiene catorce años.

Question

Use the correct form of to have: My brother Answer 14 years.

Answer : tiene

Entire sentence : Mi hermano tiene 14 años.

Translation : My brother is 14 years old.

Explanation : The subject in this sentence is "Mi hermano", that is third singular person, so the verb must be conjugated in the third singular person too. Él tiene.

Hope this helps!
