Answer= (1,-1) and ( - 4 , 2 ) ( - 2 , 1 )

Solution:

Put in the (1,-1) where x = 1, y = -1

y−4x ≥ −5

(-1) - 4(1) ≥ −5

-5 ≥ −5 Since LHS is equal to the RHS, this is the correct answer.

The other options

(5,-2)

y−4x ≥ −5

(-2) - 4 (5) ≥ −5

-22 ≥ −5

Hence incorrect since LHS is NOT equal to RHS

(4,0)

y−4x ≥ −5

(0) - 4 (4) ≥ −5

-16 ≥ −5

Hence incorrect since LHS is NOT equal to RHS
